The territory of the hotel is 3000 sq. m, closed around the clock guarded 24/7 parking.
There are two buildings on the territory. Hotel rooms: 7 rooms are represented by 4 categories of rooms from standard to deluxe, each of which is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay (frifge, TV, hairdryer, safe, slippers for guests in all room categories).
The hotel also has a cottage town for 7 cottages: 2-storey house for up to 6 people; villa (2-storey villa with stunning mountain views and a private barbecue area), can accommodate up to 10 people; 2-storey house (spacious two-storey house with a terrace, designed to accommodate 12 people); 2 Chalets (The chalet is a comfortable 1-storey house with 3 bedrooms, a cozy living room, a bathroom, private parking and a barbecue area. The chalet may accommodate 8 people.
At your service: Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a dryer for ski equipment, use of an outdoor heated pool, a tennis table, air tickets, business services (scanning, photocopying, sending e -mail), provision of a baby potty and baby bath, change of bed linen and towels according to the schedule, ironing board and iron are on the floor, cooler with hot and cold water is on the floor too, safes are in each room. There are also an outdoor kid's playground and children's indoor room, transfer to the ski lifts is provided in winter, on-site there is parking for 15 cars. Transfer to the sea is provided in summer.
Services for an additional fee: a Russian wood-fired sauna with a font, a cafe-bar, ski equipment rental, a conference room for 60 people, 85 sq. m, coffee break, masseur services (massage room), attendant services, excursions to all the sights of the city may be purchased at the reception desk.
Pets are allowed at the hotel at an additional cost and upon request.
The distance to the Sochi railway station is 69 km, the distance to Sochi airport is 45 km, the distance to Rosa Khutor, Gazprom Laura is 7 km, the distance to the ski lifts Gornaya Karusel and Alpika-Service is 5 km.
