The hotel was opened in 2003, in 2006 it was completely renovated. Today the hotel offers its guests a generous sense of comfort and relaxation. It has 47 rooms and Suites. Each room offers unique design, calm and pleasant atmosphere, a combination of comfort and luxury. Guests may choose from different types of rooms and Suites including: Standard Single, Standard Double, Standard Superior, Studio, King Deluxe, President Suite. The Guyot Hotel offers its guests conference facilities for different kinds of events. Conference-hall of the second storey is ideally suites for holding business meetings, negotiations, trainings and seminars. It's capacity for up to for 40 pax on theater seating, and for 20 pax on P and oval sitting. Vast hall on the second floor also suites for seminars and meetings on 40-50 people.By guests' request any up-to-date equipment for successful work is provided. All guests can use Wi-Fi or note book in lobby-bar. Several types of coffee break menus and menus for group lunches and dinners are offered.

The Guyot restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and offers the best dishes of international cuisine.
