The SAAD-Hotel offers 271 rooms for accomodation. The hotel features distinctive and contemporary interior design marrying neutral colours, clean lines and luxurious marble with traditional Kazakhstan artwork. The sense of place continues throughout the guestrooms with headboard designs featuring a traditional Kazakhstan motif that reflects the country's love of pattern. The bathroom artwork is of brightly coloured silks, a reference to Kazakhstan's historical links to the ancient trading Silk Route.
The hotel offers three diverse dining options: Vista Restaurant & Bar, Aroma Restaurant and the Lobby Bar. A destination in its own right, the chic Vista Restaurant & Bar located on the 27th floor is a place to enjoy delicious cuisine while taking in uninterrupted views of Astana. Aroma restaurant specializes in seasonal dishes of grilled meat and fish and a selection of French and Kazakh specialties created by Executive Chef of the hotel.
