On Friday, November 9, the first meeting of the tourist industry representatives, devoted to the WorldSkills championship, took place in Moscow.

Academservice was represented by Director of Agency Network Development Petr Shevelko and Head of PR and Advertising Department Valentina Konischeva.

Representatives of the travel industry managed to discuss all the tasks in the competence of «Travel Agent Activity» and what skills and abilities a travel agent or employee of a tour operator company should possess.

The first championship, that includes the competencies of «Travel Agent Activity» and «Tour Operator Activity», will take place next March and will test the skills of an existing industry, as well as university students and schoolchildren, that is, the knowledge of those who will become the future of the tourism industry.
