On September 19, in an honor of three-years anniversary of the Union of Business Travel Agencies (UBTA) gathered the main industry participants at an event called "An Evening with UBTA". UBTA was founded in 2020 with the involvement of Academservice group of companies, Aeroclub, and Vipservice to establish fair play rules and promote the industry's development while adhering to high professional and ethical standards.

The event was attended by prominent business travel agencies, over 100 client companies from Russia and international corporations, as well as experts from government bodies. The event was opened by the founders of UBTA, including Alexander Kurnosov, who emphasized the importance of recovery and developing of the business travel market and introduced new participants of UBTA.

One of UBTA's key activities is working on legislative changes and ensuring government support for the industry. The event served as not only as opportunity for exchanging experiences and discussion about new industry trends but also as a platform for interaction with the government. Sangadzhi Tarbayev, Chairman of State Duma Committee on Tourism and Tourism Infrastructure, emphasized the importance of collaborating with UBTA to update legislation in consideration of the interests of all market participants.

This event impressed with its scale and underscored the importance of such gatherings for exchanging experiences and information among participants of the business travel industry.
