Terminal 1 of Moscow International Sheremetyevo Airport (former Sheremetyevo-1) from the 28th of March 2010 changed its official name to Terminal B. This decision was made to regulate identification of the terminals with account of prospective growth and development of Sheremetyevo Airport. International Sheremetyevo Airport is one of the biggest Russian airports that provides regular international air conveyance. There are 5 passenger terminals in Sheremetyevo now. In the south there are terminals D, E, F (former Sheremetyevo-2). In the north there are terminals C and B (former Sheremetyevo-1).
