 As of June 2011, the O2 Lounge summer terrace of the Ritz-Carlton, Moscow and the renowned Moscow yoga teacher Ksenia Trushakova invite guests for yoga classes under the open sky. Located on the 12th floor of the hotel, the terrace offers terrific views of the city and conveys an enormous feeling of space and freedom, thus being an ideal location for the transformation of body and soul. The yoga classes with Ksenia Trushakova will take place every Saturday from 10 am until 11:30 am on the summer terrace of The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow. After a few years of regular practice in Moscow Ksenia continued her studies at Shri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) in Mysore, India. She also practiced with certified and authorized by KPJAYI teachers all over the world: Rolf and Marci Naujokat in India, Lino Miele (Italy), Greg Nardi and Angelique Sandas (USA), Petri Raisanen (Finland). Ksenia completed teachers training course with David Swenson (USA) and took a course on ayurvedic treatments and food preparation in one of the ayurvedic clinics in Mysore, India. She teaches yoga in Russian and English. |
