The Grand Hyatt Moscow Residences & SPA are opening in the beginning of 2009 in the Federation complex of skyscrapers at the Moskva City Moscow International Business Centre. The hotel will offer 18 Suites and 7 SPA rooms on the 49th, 50th and 60th levels of the West Tower. The Suites range in size from 90 to 245 sq m.

Guests will be offered to take advantage of the personal chef’s service, and host their banquets and special events in the room.

Apartments feature a functional working area and a kitchen offering all essential devices and details – from a coffee-maker to a china set and a fine wine collection.

SPA rooms are located on the 60th level in the territory of the SPA Centre. A wide range of SPA treatments will be available for relaxation and fitness both in the rooms and in the SPA Centre.

The Fitness Club will feature the 20-metre pool, the Russian bath, the yoga room, and the juice bar.

The restaurant on the 62nd floor will offer refined cuisine, and will have a capacity of 160 seats.

The Grand Hyatt Moscow Residences & SPA will be the second hotel of the Hyatt  Hotels & Resorts chain, the third one is to be open in 2010 at the East Tower.
