 In the capital of Karelia in Petrozavodsk a unique touristic object. The project of Uyri Fefilatyev called Heathen Glade became the winner of city competition The Northern Motives, which was arranged by the town council. The Petrozavodsk Heathen Glade will be present the mini-replica of saint saam labyrinths, consists of 12 seydes - the size of labyrinth is 8 meters. The similar artifacts were the central place of shaman’s actions in the ancient times. All works on creation the glade will be made by efforts of gardeners but every step will be controlled by the town council and the creator. The money of city council will be spend on the project within limits of events landscape festival on development and saving green installations on 2011-2013. A big work is planned: to choose 12 big suitable on shape and size stones and for labyrinth from 4 paths – 400-500 stones of middle size. The project was supported by the Karelsky State Museum of Local Lore – and its representatives are sure that the Glade will be the tourist attraction not only of region but republic purpose.
