The administration of The Cathedral of the Protection of Most Holy Theotokos on the Moat (Saint Basil's Cathedral) in Moscow announce that due to preparing for anniversary celebrations and holding of church service in patron saint's day, the museum will work in the following timetable: October, 10 2011 – closed (cleaning day); October, 11 2011 – closed (cleaning day); October, 12 2011 – opened from 15.00 to 19.00; October, 13 2011 – opened from 11.00 to 15.00; October, 14 2011 – closed for visiting. The Cathedral of the Protection of Most Holy Theotokos on the Moat in the Red Square, known as Saint Basil's Cathedral is considered to be the main symbol not only of Moscow but of all Russia. It’s built in the middle of XVI century at Ivan the Great dictation and with metropolitan Makary blessing. The cathedral is a monument of victory: a lot of his churches are lightened in memory of Kazansky Trek events.
