Within limits of Exhibition Marketing Program hotels of Best Eurasian Hotels have a possibility to take part in the autumn exhibition “Intourmarket-2012” on the joined stand of Academservice and Best Eurasian Hotels.

“Intourmarket” – is an international exhibition that is one of leading professional forums in tourism sphere and also an effective site for demonstration of touristic potential of Russian regions and international participants. The exhibition takes place from March, 17 to March, 20 2011 in the Exhibition Centre Crocus Expo, Moscow.

The Hotels are offered the possibility of both distant and direct participation of the hotel at the exhibitions.

The free of charge distant participation enables the hotel to use services of the Best Eastern Hotels marketing managers to distribute its own advertising materials (up to 50 copies) together with Best Eastern Hotels ones.

The hotels may forward their leaflets up to 50 copies by March 9, 2012 to address: 115563, Moscow, Shipilovskaya street, 28a, Academservice Ltd., pr department.

The payed direct participation gives the hotel the opportunity to participate in travel exhibitions on specialized Best Eastern Hotels stand together with marketing managers of the company and to take part in negotiations priory organized by Best Eastern Hotels with the leading tour operators and corporate travel agencies of the proper region.

The cost of participation is 77900 rub. (Not subject to VAT.)

The rate includes all organizational expenses during the hotel’s presence at the joint stand of Best Eastern Hotels (Best Eurasian Hotels): the work place (information counter, bar chair, frieze inscription), the exhibition pass, use of the negotiation tables and the bar.
