April 1-30, 2012 – a season of “Sunny Apricots” will take place at Light Bar of hotel, whose menu is filled with various apricot sweeties: apricot mousse with lemon cream and raspberry biscuit, roasted apricots with rosemary and apricot sorbet – apricot jam , apricot smoothie. May 1-31, 2012 – at Light Bar there will be season of “Strawberry Passion”, guests can taste luscious strawberry desserts: strawberry mousse with cherry crumble and almonds, strawberry carpaccio with chocolate fondant, strawberry jam and strawberry smoothie. Take away is also available. May 9, 2012 – guests can enjoy panoramic view of Moscow and Victory Day fireworks at the panoramic cocktail City Space Bar. With 360 degree view you will get a chance to see a splendour and variety of city fireworks without tearing yourself away from favorite cocktail. May 21-25, 2012 - mixologist Martina Brezňanová is from Slovakia. She will be in Moscow from the 21st till the 25th of May to introduce some signature cocktails of Nightjar bar in London, created in cooperation with Marian Beke and Luca Cinalli. Most of the ingredients such as infusions, liqueurs or bitters are made in-house with a special accent on original presentation and garnishes. Guests can try “Nightjar Ti Punch” with gin, rum, tea mix and freshly squeezed lime juice, served ice cold in steaming teapot. |
