3D-graffiti picture gallery opened on the main avenue of Babushkinsky Park in Moscow. Asphalt was used as “Canvas” for painters. Volumetric picture on the asphalt is a popular stream of street art, based on perspective and optical illusion. You can see this picture in a real shape from the definite position. 3D-gallery was arranged within limits of the first festival, devoted to this kind of art, which took place on May 19, 2012 on the Parks Day. “16 realistic pictures that amaze imagination” was presented to the visitors attention. Pictures were created by the stars of 3В-graffiti whose works walk round the whole Internet – Nikolay Arndt, Manfred Shtader and Phillip Kozlov and also by the Moscow students. Masters placed two big tents during the time of creating the paintings, students draw in the open air. It’s interesting that painters use brushes and special mixture of chalk, sugar and water for creating volumetric graffiti on the asphalt. Address: Babushkinskaya metro station, 6 Menzhinsky street. |
