He graduated Kataniya cook’s school and Venice School of culinary art. He worked chef in Munich, Kataniya, Modena restaurants. More than 10 years he worked in Russia in the following Moscow restaurants Carpaccio, New Tone, Bellini, Villa Rosa and others.
