From June 15 to June 16, 2013 International Conference “Epilepsy – medical and social aspects” will take place in Moscow with the participation of the world leading scientists. They are Heads of International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) (Professor N.Moshe, President of ILAE E.Perucca, Vice-president ILAE M.Bialer, Chairman of European Committee E.Trinka, A.Covanis and others) well-known Russian specialists - neurologists, psychiatrist, pediatrist, neurosurgeon, neurophysiologist from Moscow and Moscow region.

The conference will be focused on the epidemiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, drug therapy of epilepsy. There will be discussed guidelines and standards of handling patients with epilepsy based on the principles of evidence-based medicine clinical, as well as how to optimize the care of patients.

Participants will receive conference materials - a book of lectures by leading national and international scientists (in Russian and English languages).

Conference sessions will be held on:

April 15, 2013 – in conference-hall of Clinical City Hospital №12 (26 Bakinskaya Street, Tsaritsino or Kantemirovskaya metro station)

April 16, 2013 – jointly with Human and Remedy, in Russian State Service Academy (84 Vernadsky avenue; Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station).
