On 15 May, 2015 Azimut Hotel Vladivostok started its operation after extensive renovation. It is the largest investment project of the hotel industry of the Far East in 2014-2015. Investment in the project exceeded 1 billion rubles. Azimut Hotel Vladivostok held a large renovation and was converted into a SMART 4-star hotel with the largest capacity in the Far East - 378 rooms. The project implementation period was 1 year and 4 months. Over 16 000 square meters of area and about 2 000 square meters of a new business center were reconstructed. The hotel is the seventh hotel in the network: the concept of high-tech business hotel has already implemented in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Murmansk, Voronezh and Munich. The total amount of future investment in the renovation of an international AZIMUT Hotels chain is 5 billion rubles. Amenities in Azimut Hotel Vladivostok include a pan-Asian restaurant «The Sea», SMART Living Lobby areas with combined reception, bar, a place for meetings and negotiations, business center "Azimuth" with office space rental, conference room with the possibility of a transformer conversion into 3 rooms (200 square meters), a banquet hall (up to 300 people) and a beauty salon. |
