Vladimir Nusinkis is a multiple winner of gastronomic competitions, specializes in Russian and European cuisine, has extensive experience in serving VIP-banquets (Presidential Administration, events of regional administration, corporate VIP-events), supervised food service banquet hall of the Russian Cultural Foundation, organized the catering for major festivals - "Maksidrom," "Wings," "Invasion". The Sokol Hotel (Suzdal) features a restaurant with 140 seats, serving Russian and European cuisine. The restaurant has two halls: "Merchant"- an outstanding hall with magnificent wall paintings and panoramic windows, and "Royal" - a ceremonial room with amazing views of the city's central square and the Resurrection Church.
