The restoration of the Peking hotel building, located in the centre of Moscow, will begin next year. This information was announced by Alexey Goncharov, the Vice-president of investor: "From next year we will start work on the reconstruction of the historical building of the Peking hotel. According to our estimates, the work will take two or three years". Alexey Goncharov noted that the building facades have been renovated this year, and the restoration of rooms and engineer communication will start in 2017. Room restoration will be carried out in stages. The next year, will begin the restoration of the building, facing on Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, at this time the building, facing on 2nd Brestskaya Street, will work as well. Over time, the first building will be open, they will close the second building. According to Goncharov, hotel will retain the status of four star hotel, or, probably, on the basis of all work will receive a five star certificate.
