According to Konstantin Goryainov, Deputy Leader of sports and tourism Department, 858 hotels got classification for 2018 FIFA World Cup. During the fourth International Forum of Russian-speaking mass media, “It’s Time for Moscow”, he clarified, that 27 hotels get 5* category, 75 – 4*, 184 – 3*, 94 – 2*, 39 – 1*. 439 hotels are hostels or haven’t got any category. “We can mark the rising number of hostels and hotels without category. It is a trend of the last years,” – Konstantin Goryainov said. In addition, he stressed, that Moscow authorities would attentively monitor the hotels and the maintenance of declared service quality.
