1.The hotel signs an agreement with the following terms:

• The travel operator pays for accommodation services for every forwarded guest.
• The hotel gives the travel operator a not less than 25 percent price reduction for individual clients, and the travel operator pays commission fees to travel agents.
• The travel operator pays penalty to the hotel if a client is a no show in the hotel.
• The hotel doesn't charge the travel operator any reservation fees.
• The hotel provides the travel operator with “soft” quotas for any number of rooms and with any justified release-periods, and the travel operator from his side makes these quotas available on his site for on-line booking by the agents.

2.The hotel signs a frame affiliation agreement with Best Eastern Hotels (Best Eurasian Hotels) marketing network. The basic terms are as follows:

• The hotel is affiliated in case the above-named agreement is signed and a single entrance fee is paid.
• The single entrance fee equals ten average annual official public prices of a standard single hotel room (including value added tax), but is not less than one thousand euro.
• Best Eastern Hotels (Best Eurasian Hotels) ensures publication of hotel information in the annual hotel catalogue “Best Hotels of Russia, CIS Countries and the Baltic States” issued in 50 thousand copies.
• The hotel may distribute information all over the world using specialized exhibition desks, websites, electronic mailing lists and other resources.
• The hotel may use Best Eastern Hotels (Best Eurasian Hotels) commercial label for business purposes.
