The legendary three Michelin star chef Pierre Gagnaire will visit Moscow and offer new special menu in Les Menus. The event is valid only on January 29th -31st, 2011 and February 2nd, 2011. Located in the five-star Lotte Hotel Moscow, Pierre Gagnaire’s ninth worldwide enterprise and the only place in the Russian capital serving signature French cuisine by the chef marked with the most prestigious gastronomic award. It’s his first foreign voyage this year and he’s coming to create new spring menu for Les Menus.

Exclusive offer from Pierre Gagniere for lunch and dinner

• Carpaccio of pigeon scented with vadouvan, marmalade of shallot, golden apple and blond raisins a la cannelle. Foie gras ice-cream, potimarron and quince, leaf of dry date.
• Roasted turbot Felicia, olive oil and confit lemon, passion fruit and Philadelphia cheese dressing.
• Venison saddle flavored with white and juniper berries, dry leaf of green cabbage seasoned with Cramone mustard fruits and balsamic vinegar; braised daikon with white port wine.
• Cassate of vanilla and chocolate, meringue of black currant. Fudge of vodka, cream of caramelized apple. Small walnut tart.

Reservation should be made in advance. Except this special offer, the basic menu, which is updated for every two weeks, is available for guests at the lunch time.

For guests’ convenience the restaurant area is conditionally divided into four zones: a bar, the basic hall, a zone for a breakfast and three private rooms. The unpretentious French luxury, elegance of forms and soft color scale are harmonized with the general atmosphere of the restaurant. Les Menus has «the special rhythm», which is dynamical on the one hand, but giving calmness and cosiness on the other, to gourmets and the enthusiasts, who is wishing to join the world of culinary art.
