In 2014 the “Intourmarket” exhibition is held from March, 15 to March, 18 in the “Crocus Expo” Exhibition Centre, Moscow. Taking part in the up-coming exhibition, Academservice and Best Eurasian Hotels invites all partners to visit stand 4B101 located in the 4th hall of the 1st pavilion. Hotels-members of the Best Eurasian Hotels Marketing Program have a possibility to take part in the exhibition “Intourmarket-2014” on the joined booth of Academservice and Best Eurasian Hotels. There is a possibility of both distant and direct participation at the exhibitions. The free of charge distant participation enables the hotel to distribute its own advertising materials (up to 50 copies). The hotels may send their leaflets up to 50 copies before March, 1, 2014 to address: 115563, Moscow, Shipilovskaya Street, 28a, Academservice Ltd., PR department.

The payed direct participation gives the hotel an opportunity to participate in the exhibitions on specialized Best Eurasian Hotels booth and to take part in negotiations with the leading tour operators and corporate travel agencies organized by Academservice and Best Eurasian Hotels. The cost of direct participation is 77900 rub. (not subject to VAT). The rate includes all organizational expenses during the hotel’s presence at the joined booth of Best Eurasian Hotels and Academservice: the work place (information counter, bar chair, frieze inscription), the exhibition pass, use of the negotiation tables and the bar.
